The first Watermelons for the season came in’ yesterday from Sonora, Mexico, via Los Angeles. Two crates coitaining ‘one ‘dozen Melons each were received. They were g00d size and well matured and ware quickly disposed of at 10812%c per pound. The mar- ket for deciduous fruits was weak, excent for the threatening weather deterrel buyers, and trade was much smaller than usual on Saturdays.
