This is regard- ed as a triumph for a Pacific Coast concern over Eastern rivals. In addi- tion to the Bellingham Bay Improve- ment Company there were bids sub- mitted by the Texas and Georgia in- terests represented by the East Coast Lumber Company, a powerful and large combination. The ‘award is considered a favorable sign that the Pacific Coast will be ‘re- garded favorably by the Panama Canal Commission in the making of contracts for needed supplies. The lumber to be furnished by the Bellingham Bay com- The first consignment of lumber is to be used in the construction of houses and wharves at Ancon, the Coast end of the canal zone. There is a considerable demand for timbers as | long as 32 feet, which can be used for the capping of wharves. The provision for house lumber indicates that no time will be lost by the Panama Canal tions on the Pacific Coast end of the canal for the engineers and others who are to have charge of the construction work. The contract includes a clause mak- ing it obligatory that the first install- ment of the lumber shall be shipped to Ancon not later than twenty days after the award.” The entire lot must be for- warded within fifty days from signing of contraet. No matter of how long standing your complaint may be—no matter how deep rooted you may deem it—I can make you a perfect man. The energies of my lifetime have been bent toward the end which I have now attained— the perfecting of a system by which men can be unfailingly restored to that lusty health with which nature endowed them. During my collegiate career my studies were concentrated on the diseases of men. My professional ca- reer was shaped with the one end in view of becoming pre-eminent in their treatment. An acquaintance with the leading physicians in my line—an inspection of the foremost Buro- pean clinics—an exhaustive study of all the books on the subject—all have added their quota to assist me in creating the line of treat- ment which has cured thousands, and which, during my seventeen years of experience, has proven infallible. Could you but see the grateful men who owe their strength and happiness to me, you would know that I have not exaggerated my ! success one whit. - You would realize that the treatment which has | restored many debilitated men to the fullest measure of masculine virility—would achleve a like success in your case You owe it to i yourself to consult me.
