Commissioners of Works Casey and Woodward yesterday went on a tour of inspection of the improvements that have recently been made jected or are in contemplation. The trip was taken that Woodward might familiarize himself with the work over which he has supervision, The first point visited was Telegraph Hill, petitions having been filed to | grade and blast on Lombard street, near Montgomery and Winthrop.
