The Syupreme Court, in the case &f Henry Picholr, has reversed the order of the lower court so far ax the real property of the decedent is concerned. K Henry Pichoir left a will, by whiclr he directed that the trustees named in. his will convey the real préperty te. certain persons on the death of his sister and to distribute under thé trust the persomal roperty to the same and othier heirs.’ The court held that the trust to cenvey the real estate was invalid under thé de- cision in the Fair case, but that the trust as to the personal property must be car- ried out.
