Park Case Settle The case of Arnold against the city of Ccunctl Bluffs, which has been pending in the supremo court for nearly two s, has been decided at fast, and with it 1s brought toa summary end all tho other litigation which has had for its object the title to Fawrmount park. On its first trial before Judge Macy in the district court of this county a judgnient was givea in favor of tho city and the case was taken o tho supremo court, where Judge Macy's decision was afirmed, the last decision having been rendered last spriug.
