Hazelton of this city was elected his own stccessor to the chairmanship of the county central committee, He made a sug- ion which met whith the hearty approval of all the delogates present. He stated that in the past much irconvenicuce had been sod by tho separation of the men of the dristrict commttees from the candidates whom they were supporting in the race for legislativé honors. He suggested that i the future the chairman of the committee be the member of the com mittee from the county in which the candi- didate for the lemisiature resided. He thought that in this way the forces would be better concentrated, and the chances for the success of the ticket would be greatly in- creased. There was no definite action taken with regard to the suggestion, but it was popular with the delegates, and it is probablo that Mr. Hazeltou's plae will be followed in the future. ho Bluffs delegation returned home last evening.
