H 'S HEIRS They Will Renew tho Fight for Omaha Property, The Holfenstein cases in the United States court are to be commenced anew in the near future. John W. Slughter, one of the attorneys in fact in the old cases, and also the husband of one of the daughters of the late John P, Hel fenstein, hus been given power of attor- noy by the son, Johm P, *Helfonstein, and the four daughters of the original plaintift, namely, Mesdames Slaughter, Simmons, Thompion and Boll, and Miss Helfenstein, with (Uil power to prosecute the suits, sign aseds to the property, ete. Only two of the suits in'the United States court have been dismissed. This was done o a motion to diswmiss on the grouna that the law did uot permit a case to be revived in the names of the hoirs, No motions of this kind have been made in any of the other cases, but the court stands ready to strike tho cases from the docket if this motion is made.
