Michael O , wife of the proprie- tor of the Albany house, on Tenth street. Mre, Ca'r'gan had been feeling bad- ly for some time past and was for a time under trestment with Dr. Rose, No serious result was apprehended from her indisposition and yesterday she was feeling quite well all day un- #il in the afternoon. She was down in the cellar about two o'clock with her husband assisting him in washing over some butter, when suddenly she waa taken with a sort of cramp or spasm and told her husband to take her up stairs. This was done and Mr. [+ at once started for a physt- cian, but before he could return his wife had breathed her last. COoroner Jacobs was summoned but upon consultation with Dr. Rose con- eluded that an inquest wasunnccessary, 1t being the opinion of the latter that she died from heart disease. The remains were taken in charge by McCarthy and Barke, the under- takers, and to-day will be forwarded to Albany, N. Y., from which place the family came to Omaha. The deceased was about forty years of age and leaves her husband and five children surviv'ng her.
