WILLIAM OLSON Cardidate for Democratic National : Committeeman. The statewide primaries next Tues- day, March 21, are what is known as the presidential primaries, at which members of the national parties ex- press their choice of candidates for president, elect delegates to\the na- tional conventions and national com- mitteemen for the state. The League as an organization is taking no part in these primaries, but i8 interested in the election of William Olsen as national committeeman for the Democratic party -and William ' Lemke as national committeeman the Republican party to this extent: These ‘men. were indorsed by the i THE NONPARTISAN LEADER CANDIDATES FOR NATIONAL COMMITTEEMEN ’ WILLIAM LEMKE Candidate for Republican National Committeeman, stockholders of the Equity Cooper- ative Exchange and the American So- ciety of Equity for North Dakota at their recent conventions. Most of those attending these two conventions were members of the Farmers’ Non- partisan League and these two candi- dates were satisfactory to them and they are also satisfactory to the League. ‘So as the members cast their ballots at the polls next Tuesday they should vote for these two men. It is certain, if these two men are elected, that insofar as their duties. pertain to the internal affairs of the - state, they will be in full sympathy with the program of the League.
