Storms was elected president, Howard M. Storms vice president, and W. G. Peuney secretary and treasurer. Thecon- dition of the company’s affairs was aiscussed, and, from the reports presented, \t appeared that the com. pany was insolvent, and could not pay fifty cents ou thedoliar, The liabilities were given as $19,000, and assets between $5,000 and $9,000. It was suggested that the eoucern had better go into bankruptey.
