Avery, jeweller; Antoine Graber, cigar Bakers Eliza Jenk, dining room girl, and lartha Marsden, cook, Several persons were burt Dy jumping from the windows, Dr. William Oldruf hhad’ his ankle broken and was cut on the head; Mrs, Avery was burned about the lower limbs; the’ hotel porter, Nick Renks, had both ley broken, and Mr, ‘and Mrs. C. J., Sept 24, 1875, George Jackson’s woollen mills, neer Little Balls, were destroyed by fire at an early hous this morning, caused by the breaking of a kerosene lamp.
