Yesterday ho admitted that he was engaged in a melee with Steen; that he fled, and, having since learned of his death, intended to go and deliver himself up. Officer Manning also learned that another man who is implicated in the murder is at Newark, and accordingly went there last night to endeavor to eifect his arrest.
