STABEING AFFRAY IN CHATHAM SrRERr.—An Italian named Francie Ferrara and James Leonard, ex-foreman of En gine Company No. 21, became involved in a row in Cast. bam street on Saturday morning, when Ferrara drew a sword cape and stabbed hig adversary in the breast. The sixth precinct police arrested Ferrara and conveyed him before Justice Osborn, at the Lower Police Court, where be was beld for exemination. A Warcn Case.—Joha Erbart, of 162 Rivington strost, appeared before Justice Steers and made a complaict against Levi Bernetine, of No. 2 avenue C, for fraud. The complainant alleges that he bought of the recused what wus represented to be a gold watoh, but which sub. sequently proved to be brase, and that of an inferior quality.
