The ship Joseph Porte arrived here yesterday‘ with 100 emigrants on board, a great proportion of whom dieplayed, in their emaciated appearance, the evidence of having been almost reduced to starvation. Many had to be carried en skore by their friends; and some who were sick wxh fever have been transferred to the City Hospiml. Two children died on board the day she arrived.
