D. 1757,a TAX was grant- ed on the Lands in the Townfhip of Bedford in faid Province, as mentioned in faid A&, for the Term of two Years, of fix pence New Tenor Bills of Credit of {aid Province per Acre yearly, to be affeffed and colle&- ed yearly, and to be applied to the Ufes mentioned in faid A& ; and NOTICE having been given in two of the publick. News Papers annually, according to faid A&, yet notwithftanding, fome of the Proprietors of faid Lands have'negletted to pay faid Tax as was affefled, agreable to faid Act : Tuese are therefore to give NOTICE, That fo much of fuch delinquent Proprietors ‘Lands will be Sovp to the higheft Bidder at the Houfe of Mr. Fames Walker in {aid Bedford, on ‘Tuefday the firt Day of May next, beginning at Ten of the Clock in the Forengon, and to continue from one Day to another by Adjournment, if occafion require, until fo mueh of the Lands of fuch delinquent Proprie- tors are fold as will pay the Tax, and fuch incident Charges as is uopaid at faid Day ; particularly of the Lands of Fobn Baker, being No. 28 in the 4th Range, 2 fecond Divifion : -and Capt.
