McCue testified tha Dr. Moses Kupelian was called after an effort had been made | to locate Dr. John J. Tokarczyk, police surgeon. Oster, dissat with Dr. Kupelian's findings, want- ed Dr. David P."Waskowitz, so he was called and made an examina- tion, after which Lieutenant McCue locked Oster up. “On the advice of the doctors and my own observa- tions, I felt he should be charged with driving thile under the influ- ence of liquor,” the lieutenant con- cluded | Oster admitted having had a few drinks of beer, given him hy a man for whom he had worked Saturday afternoon. The arrest made by Officer Muszynski aft- er a collision hetween LaPointe's car and a coupe driven by State Officer Henry Zehrer on Allen street. According to the police, LaPointe's car, after striking the other, contin- ued for a distance of §% feet, run- ning off the road and striking a telephone pole.
