John Rodin, 7, of 791 Farmington | avenue, was run over by a light| truck owned by Joscph Grocki, 40, | of New Britain avenue, Farmington, and driven by his son, Theodo Grocki, 17, of the same address, about 5:20 o'clock last evening in front of his home, and sustained a fracture of the skull, a fracture of the right shoulder and a fracture of the lower jaw. He is in a critical condition at New Britain General Tospital. Sergeant M. J. Flynn investigated | the case and arrested the elder Grocki for violation of the law in permitting a minor under the age of 18 to drive a motor vehicle for which no certificate of financial re- sponsibility had been obtained. He also arrested the driver for operating a motor vehicle for which no certit- | icate of financial responsibility had been obtained. In police court today, both entercd a plea of not guilty | and the cases were continued until | April 1 in bonds of 3100, \‘VDH\(\: B. J. Monkicwicz reprosenting them.
