Saunders, manager of the Pirates, was reslected president of the cir- cuit for the fourth successive year. He is entering on his fifth year manager of the Pirates. William lormier, manager of the West Ends, and Frank Anastisio, manager of ‘the Senecas, were reelected msecre- | tary and treasurer respectively. Applications were receivel from the Holy Cross, Bokel and Red- men basebali tewms asking for a place fn the circuit.
