He is holding an Informal | cabinet meeting at his home this | afternoon and expects to present the new ministers to the president this | evening. { The premier announced that when | the new cabinet faced the chamber of deputies, next Tuesday, he would introduce his financial bill. M. Poincare was loudly cheered by a crowd outside the Elysee palace as he left after seeing the president.
