The hearing is tak- ing place before the senate judi- clary committee, = TEETH = When I was a very small hoy I used to stand and gaze with wonder at a dear old lady we all called Aunt Margaret, as she clicked her store teeth. Regardless of what she was doing, talking, sewing, eating or anything else, her teeth were the continually chattering, The joker of the town once said one could always tell when Aunt Margaret was approach- ing by the rattle of her teeth. I resolved then and there that some day when I grew up I would be a dentist and make the good old soul some teeth that didn’t rattle. I was too long growing up, however, for death overtook her, “the friend of every young- ster in town,” before I had finished high school. In due time I went to college and was grad- uated as a dentist. During my twelve years of practice the memory of poor Aunt Margaret’s clicking store teeth has been with me and is responsible for my making a special study of the art of making plates. In that time I am happy to state I have had notable success, and if in the last few vears I have made a plate that is not giving satisfac- tion, I know nothing about it. The thing T insist upon is that they must fit or they don’t go out of my office. Anyone needing artificial teeth will not be disappointed in the results if they will intrust their work with me, DR.
