THREE UNHURT AS (AR TURNS TURTLE Speeding Coupe Tips on Stanley . Street-Driver Amested Anthony Lugll, 17, of 222 Clark street and two companions had a miraculous escape from serlous in- jury yesterday afternoon when a small coupe in which they were rid- ing was wrecked as it turned turtie on Btanley street. All the windows of the coupe, the steering gear, and other parts were broken, but I and his two companions craw out of the capsized machine unhurt. Lugll was arraigned before Judge Benjamin W, Alling in police court this morning on charges of taking the automobile without permission of the owner, John Lugll, his broth- er; with reckless driving and oper- ating without a license. He pleaded guilty to all three charges. From the evidence in the case, it was learned that you Lugll tool the keys for the machine from his brother's pockets and getting his two friends, went to the garage and started for a ride. Going along Stanley street, Lugll was driving with the throttle wide open when he came upon several machines travelllng in the same direction. H swung to the left to pass them, t the speed of the auto was so gr that it did not stay on the road swerving to the extreme left over a small embankment. Judge Alling continued the until tomorrow morning for s¢ tence. “Cat-eyed Lil Lilllan McDowell lice of a dozen d" girl. h wankee, Many robberies are cha 1gainst her.
