Roshek, 14 years old, who was re- « ported kidnapped on September 23 and for whom the potice conducted an unsuccessful séarch, was in the supreme court having been produc- ed by his father, Francls Herman Roshek, a manufactirer, in obedi- ence to a writ of habeas corpus sworn out by Mrs. Marle G. Roshek, the boy's mother, Franklin returned to New York last week and Mrs. Roshek charges that her husband kidnapped their son, sending bim to Washington and refusing to reveal his whereabouts. The habeas corpus proceeding has brought to light the extent of the domestic differences that have exist- ed between Mr. and Mrs. Roshek. Today when Mr. Roshek came to _ court, he was served with a sum- mons and complaint in a separation suit brought by Mrs. Roshek, who bases her action on charges of cruelty. On the other hénd announcement was made that Mr. Roshek has brought a suit against Glibert A.
