16 BIBLE CLASSEY IN ATTENDANCE FIGHT Kansas City and Long Beach Each Charge Cheating Kansas City, Mo., Nov. 13.—Offi- cers of the Kansas City Men’'s Bible class said today they would not con- tinue a controversy growing out of the attendance contest with the Busi- ness Men's Bible class of Long Beach, Cal., which brought charges of “cheating” on both sides. Dible, president of the local class, which claims the world's record for attendance at a religious service, expressed regret that the charges had become public, declaring that the good accomplished by the ra be impaired.
