The convention, C. E. Porter, man- ager. of the convention, said, will bring approximately 3,500 delegates 5 | from all parts of the United States, as well as Canada, Mexico and Alaska. Delegations from all important metal and coal mining districts are planning to attend, he said. Last year at Chi- cago 39 states were represented among the delegates and 25 official state del- egations were appointed by Governors of states to attend.
