Deatty, director of fine arts of Carn- gie Institute, presided at the New York and Pittshurgh meetings, that today being the twenty-first oyer which he has had supervision in his experience of twenty-six years as di- rector. Abroad the presiding officer was Homer Saint-Gaudens, assistant director at Carncgie.
