Last evening, at the pafish house of St. Mark’s church, the local chap- ter of the Knights of Washington en- tertained the company of All Saints church, Meriden. About twenty mem- bers of the Meriden company were in attendance. A joint meeting was held at 8 o'clock, followed by the play, “Swimmin’ Pools,” which was present- ed by the Amphion Dramatic club of the local high school. The play was well received and all spoke well of it. After the play refreshments 'were served.
