Baker, president of the Philadelphia Nationa: League club, announced terday that “Wild Bill” Donovan w no longer act as manager of the ball team. Besides issuing a formal state- Ment regarding the matter, the club president sail that he wanted Dono- van to explain a letter he had writ- ten to Judge Landis.
