Wife Beater Jafled. John Pizanki was sent to jail for 20 days for beating his wife and 10 days for drunkenness. The accused had been before the court several thnes on the more serious offense. Policeman Charles Anderson ar- rested Pizanki yesterday afternoon I following a complaint by the wife. He found the accused in a drunken vondition. Mrs. Pizanki reported that she had been kicked and punched, her waist torn and her hair pulled. he told the policeman that her hus- band was angered when she asked him to go out and get a job Pizanki ecomplained to his wife, he told the cohurt, that she was *going out entirely too much When she announced that she was going out again he objected and they pushed one another, he eoxplained. Policeman Fred Wagner arrested 16 year old boy Wednesday upon t complaint of Alexander Bonefant and Harry Ross, employes at the Ly- ceum theater. The boy, they said, had caused trouble by refusing to ]l. ave the entrance to the theater. Judge Klett warned that another of- fense will result in the boy com- mittal to the reformatory at Cheshire. LOST WEEK'S PAY Anna Kammilowitz of 37 Erwin Place, lost her pay envelope contain- ing $6 Jast night. She believed another girl had taken the money however and told Policeman Dennis Nealon. The girl acused was searched but no trace of the money was found.
