OF A. MAY BUILD Foresters Comsidering Amalgamation of All Local Branchecs—Prosperity and Progress Courts Unite. Members and officers of the local courts of Foresters of America are seriously considering the advisability of combining into one big organiza- tion and by the pooling of the funds now held by the several branches, make possible the erection of a For- esters’ building in this city. Should such a merger be perfected the so- clety which would be the outgrowth would have an active membership of nearly 2,000 men, together with an auxillary, and funds of about $25,000. Aritation toward that end will soon take form, it is believed. At a joint meeting of Courts Pros- perity and Progress last evening, the two branches voted to amalgamate under the name of Court Prosperity and a call was published for a meet- Ing April 11, at which time officers will be elected. The following com- | mittee was selected to arrange for an entertainment on that evening: J. Simmons, Thomas Murphy, P. Don- i lan, D. Ralph and J. M. Butler. I'lmprovement Noted In , Health Dept.
