New York, Nov. 19 —French mili- tary authorities in Cilicia, Turkey, have informed officlals of the Ar- menian National Union that France is going to occupy the entire region to the full extent of her mandate and that Armenians will be arforded complete protection, according to advices reach- ing Near East Relief Headquariers here from agents in Aleppo, Syria. Both Urfa and Mardin, now Iyving well within admittedly Turkish nation- alist territory, are to be occupied, these advices state. Urfa was the scene of a massacre by Turkish nationalists of French forces garrisoning the city last spring.
