J., Belter, Char- lie Norkus, battles fifth ranking heavyweight Roland La Starza on December 1 at the Cleveland Arena in the 213th Blue Ribbon Bout. Nor- kus, who has recently’ taken of a new lease in his fistic life, losing but one bout in 10 starts, chal- lenges La Starza’s right to his high rating.
