Plans for the decorated cars to be entered by the Florida Keys Girl Scout Council in the, Armed Forces Day Parade on Saturday were completed, Mrs, Stark announced that the Council would enter five cars as a unit in the parade. The cars will be decorated at her home, 1229 Von Phister, at 2:00 P. m. on Saturday. Leaders and older Scouts who can help with the Project are asked to contaet Mrs. ‘Stark as soon as possible. Brownie leaders are asked to have one representative from each troop to ride in the cars, and In- termediate troop leaders are ask- ed to have two Girl Scouts repre- senting their troops. It was voted to have a float in the Armed Forces Day pa- rade. Helen Horton was elected to the office of tregsurer and Dorothy Pringle was appointed card chair- man. Florence Hart won the prize for the evening. The Navy Wives Club collected $176.53 for the Can- cer Drive.
