Don't blame you oe little bit, and can’t say as there's much to do about it except try out some of these here now new recipes that I have been’ digging around for. This one's a cheese corn meal casserole.and I found it in Me- Call’s, tried same and found it was delicious. It sure is if you like cheese, and if you like corn meal, Heat one can of consomme, 2 cans water, and salt, to a brisk boil; Stir in one and one half cups of yellow cornmeal gradually. Keep cooking and stirring for a- bout two minutes, Then cover and cook over so slowly for about 15 minutes longer. Meanwhile cut a medium onion in slices and chop one half green pepper and one pimento coarsly. | Sprinkle one tablespoon flour over the chopped pepper and pi- ménto and fry, in.two tablespoons | butter er margarine until onion is golden. Season with a little salt and pepper and keep in a warm spot. When corn meal is cooked, stir in the two slightly beaten eggs 4 two cups grated cheddar cheese Stir until. cheese is melted.
