TAMPA (®—The Office of Price Stabilization has filed suit here to compel Bushnell Steel Works Inc. to set separate prices on imported steel and domestic steel in mixed shipments. The OPS alleged the big Tampa firm has charged an average of the two prices and thus causes “substantial overcharges to a large portion of its customers.” The OPS said its pricing regula- tions require separate records and separate charges on the two types of steel. The ‘agency asked federal court to order Bushnell to keep proper se ig and stop its average price icy. WASHINGTON # — Administra- tion sources are saying President Truman will seek an 80-billion- dollar budget next year—ten bil- lion dollars above the goal of some influential Republican leaders. An administration official, who asked not to be named, said an 80-billion-dollar spending program for the year next July 1 is likely because of a rise in hither- to-lagging defense payments. Spending in the 12-month period ending next June is estimated at 79 billion dollars, although some Officials believe the actual figure may turn out to be as low as 75 illions. Exams Slated For C. S.
