Here are.the waterfront and bay bottom owners of Stock Island, part of which is in the City of Key West and part of which is unincorporated. ‘The northern half of Stock Island is largely owned by the City of Key West. Bay bottom area near the city dump is city-owned; as is the golf course. Monroe county owns the area on which the Clifford Schumacher owns lots 29 and 30. Joseph and Anna Buck owns lots 31 and 33. Shaw Brothers Oil company owns lot 34. Frank J. Russo owns lots 35 and 36. Mary M. Johnson owns lot 37. George W. Adams owns lot 38. George W. John owns lot 39. Harry H. Johnson estate owns lots 40, 41, and 42. Wylks’ Incorporated owns lot 43, David H. Nason*owns lost 44 and 45. Bay bottom facing Sun Krest subdivision, egcept for that own- ed by J. J. Trevor, is owned by the Florida Internal Improvement Board. Harry W. Fondrie owns all of Square 39 which is on the water- front. South of that Ida Maloney of Homestead, Florida owns the west half of Square 51 which is on the waterfront. Clem Price owns lots one through 9 on Square $2. plus almost an acte of bey bottom north of the square, and 3.19 acres of bay bottom on the west side of the square. This ownership runs 527 feet out into the water. Joe Sirugo’s Sunshine Construction company owns from lot 10 through 20 in Square 52. Sirugo also owns lots one through the west half ef séven in Square 59, which is the site of the new drive-in thedter now under Construction. Josephine Cash estate owns from lot 1 threugh 9 im square 583. Ida Maloney owns lot 10 in square 83, Frederick J. Harlfinger of East Nassau, N. Y., owns the eastern half of lot 8 in Square $8 and lets 7, 8 and the west half of §, plus two acres of bay bottom extending 500 feet out into the water, Benjamin Bernstein owns the eastern half of lot 9 in squate 59. Edward Toppino et al own lots 10 and 11, plus 2.87 acres ef bay bottom running $00 feet out inte the water from Square 58. The bay bottom is 250 feet in width. Toppine owns lots one through 4 and 4.50 seres of bay bottom in Square 58. This extends 500 feet eut inte the water by 400 feet. A. Maitland Adams and Archie Lowe own iets five thrpugh 10 of Square 68. The 14 acre deg track bought by the Key West Kennel Club from Toppine occupies part of Square $7. The Toppines still own most of this square and 42 acres of bey bottom. Lewis E. Pierce owns lot one in Square $7 and J. M. Renedo owns lot five.
