MC, USNR, will be represented by attorneys W, R. Neblett and Rob- Younjans in- Municipal -eourt, this afternoon. A few days ago he was charged| with interference with an officer! and resisting arrest in an incident! which also involved the arrest of| Edward E. Boch of the Naval Hos-| pital. In the fracas which follow- ed arrest of Boch, Dr. Kicklighter| sustained two broken bones in his} right arm. The happening occurred at 11:50) Sept. 17 on Duval street. Charges| against Boch were disorderly con-| duct, bumping into a police officer, } using profanity and resisting ar- rest. It was learned this morning that Dr. Kicklighter is undergoing treat- ment at the Naval Hospital for fracture of both the large and small bones in his right forearm above the wrist.
