Rogell today, he was standing on the corner of Duval and Southard Streets when he heard a woman’s screams. Rushing to the corner of Angela and Duval Streets, the officer said that he found the woman in a highly hysterical condition. According to the woman, the man, in the company of a small boy had followed her from the beach area from the corner of Truman Avenue and Simonton Streets and stopped her by grasp-' ing her arm. At this point she screamed and’ the man dashed off. She then walked rapidly down Simonton Street to Angela where she turned towards Duval. Midway between the streets (Simonton and Duval) the man loomed out of the dark and hit her about the face.
