Everybody was so pleased, however, at Bobby’s resuscita- tion that his vigorous shadow “}boxing was not minded. ‘The pulmotor was operated by George Albury of the regular Fire Department, and Leonard Curry, volunteer fireman, at the Naval Hospital, where they had been called by Dr. Leonard H. Conly. The doctor summoned the firemen after Folgeros was taken, ‘to’ the hospital uncon- scious, following his rescue from the bottom of the bay at Thomp- ;son’s Wharf, where he had dived to untangle a rope and apparent- ly had hit his head. Albury and Curry worked 10 minutes with the pulmotor be- fore the nearly drowned man was revived. Waugh was the second man to be revived by the firemen with the pulmotor with- in the last month: On October Captain Frank Curry and Leonard Curry responded to a call from the office of Dr. O.
