Gato, who transmitted it to other Gato heirs, who reside in Havana. The report is that a syn- diczite of Miami and Miami Beach operators are negotiating for the property, but the Gato real estate office did not disclose who the in- tended purchasers are. The water front of this property extends from Simonton street to a point where the beach is owned by the Sweenys heirs, as far West as Du- val street. The Johnson tract does, not have any beach front, and thé Atlantic boulevard, specified in the boundaries, is that roadway that extends alo ig the northern side of Rest Beach from’ White to Bertha street, which runs to the Roosevelt boulevard.
