J ary the New Jersey Federation of Garden Clubs, who gave a most interesting talk on Annuals and told in detail all Almerican se- lection in prize annuals since 1932. He explained the nature of each plant, the habit of growth and the! soil and atmosphere required for successful growing. As members of the Garden Club are growing many of these Annuals Mr. Bruns talk proved very helpful and in- spiring. For Tropica l Bridge Lucheon At a meeting of the House and Grounds Committee of the Wom- an’s Club held yesterday aft noon, plans were perfected for another delightful Tropical Bridge Luncheon to be given on Thurs- day, January 23rd, at the Club- house. Those who attended the lunch- eon given by this committee two years ago look forward with keen anticipation to another such event. Tropical foods will be featured and the Clubhouse will be attractively decorated with fruits and foliage grown in Key West.
