Mr. O'Leary with a coast guard boat-carried the officers on the gruise that resulted in this rich find. The boat and liquor were brought in, but no arrests were made, because no one’ could be .found anywhere about the con- cealed boat. This same force. of. officers sighted a boat supposed to be a Fum-runner, and got aboard by the use of a skiff. The men were below and intensely interested in acard game. SHOE SHOP Funeral of Ramon Perez Rivas Is Held ' Yesterday Afternoon Ramon Perez Rivas, the aged Cuban who was found dead in his little store at 926 Francis street Monday evening at 6 o'clock, was buried yesterday in the city cemetery, the funeral service being conducted by Rev. L. Munro, pastor of the First Methodist church. The aged man leaves no rela- tives, so far as is known, to wind up his limited estate. Sheriff Roland Curry says he left a small stock of canned goods and had about $100 in money. Heart failure was the.cause of his death.
