McNEELY COMING HERE FROM PEN- SACOLA; TO ASSUME CHARGE ON TUESDAY Captain R. W. McNeely, new commandant of the seyenth naval district, and Mrs. McNeely, will arrive in Key West Monday, ac- cording to a message received by the naval station. Captain McNeely will relieve Captain Clark D. Stearns, retired. The naval station will be turned over to Captain McNeely by Cap- tain Stearns on Tuesday morning. Captain McNeely comes from Pensacola, where he was in the air service. He was formerly in the bureau of engineering at Washing- ton, Captain and Mrs. Stearns will make their home with Colonel Robert Thompson on his house- boat, the Everglades, which is sta- tioned at the nava} station, Colonel Thompson will have the engines removed and sent north for overhauling.
