Pursuant to call the town board of the Town of Grand Rapids met this 25th day of July 1910, at the township hall. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Nisbett at 8 o'clock P. Election District No. 3, to be abolished. Be it further Resolved that ithe village hall in the Village of Grand Rapids be and the same is hereby desighated as the polling place for Election ]District 0. Be it further Resolved that Jthe Court House in the Village of Grand Rapids be and the same is hereby designated as the polling place for Election District No. 2. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolut'on was seconded by Supervisor Zeininger and carried unanimously. Updn motion made and carried Supervisor McEwan was instructed ‘ta prepare bills for the State in con- nection with claims filed against the township for fighting forest fires. The undersigned John Lajder, hereby make application to have the license heretofore granted to Robt Johnson by your honorable body to sell intoxicating liquors at lot 12, block 1, in the Village of Calumet, Itasca county, Minnesota, transferred to him, the said John Lajder, to carry on the said businessat above loca- tion, in said yillage of Calumet, and this applicant states and shows as a reason for such transfer that the said license Robert Johnson, has sold and disposed of to this applicant all, his interest in said business covered by said license.
