A special meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Town of Grand Rap- id: Itasca County, Minn., was held pursuant to call this 2nd day of July, 1908, at 2 o'clock p. m. Present: Chairman McDonald, Sup- ervisors Hachey and McEwan, and Clerk MeMahon. Upon motion the reading of the min- utes was dispensed with. Supervisor MeBwan following resolution and adoption “Whereas, Heretofore there was bor- rowed from the Road & Bridge Fund the sum of $238.05 and transferred to presented the moved its the Bonds & Interest Fund, and “Whereas, there is due and payable a registered town order in the sum of $1000.00 issued on the Road and Bridge Fund “Whereas, there is funds in the Bonds & Interest Fund which is not subject to immediate need, and “Whereas, There is the sum of $14.92 in the Poor Fund, which is of no use in said fund, “Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved, That the sum of $238.05 be transferred back from the Bonds and Interest Fund to the Road and Bridge Fund and that the further sum of $22.63 be transferr- ed from the Bonds & Interest Fund to the Road & Bridge Fund, and that the sum of $14.92 in the Poor Fund be transferred to the Road & Bridge Fund. “Resolved Further, That the town clerk draw a warrant upon the Bonds & Interest Fund in the sum of $48.67 to pay the accumulated interest upon said $1000 outstanding order, and “Further, That the Town Treasurer be and is hereby authorized to pay the First State Bank the face of said $1000 registered order and_ interest thereon, d retire same.."
