An adjourned meeting of the village coun- cil of the village of Grand Rapids, Minn., was held at recorder's office November 2nd, at8 o'clock p. m., same being a meeting held in lieu of the regular meeting of November 9th. Roll call was answered by President Riddell, Trustees Rassmussen Becker and Recorder Gole, Trustee Clair arriving later. Minutes of two previous meetings were read and on motion approved.
