Fiske, 61, retired Army officer and former chairman of the Chattanooga (Tenn.) Electric Power Board, died yesterday after a heart attack reportedly caused by his con- cern over the position of Gen. Doug- las MacArthur in the Philippines. Col. Fiske was graduated third in scholarship in the West Point class | of 1903, in which Gen. MacArthur took top honors. His widow and daughter said a heart ailment which led to his rettirement from active service in 1930 had been aggravated | from day to day by news of his | classmate’s reverses in the Pacific.
