NEW YORK, August 5-—Bristol- Myers Co. and subsidiaries, drug manufacturers, reported a net income of $1,171,925 for the six months ended June 30, equal to $1.70 a share on the common stock. This compared with a net of $1,179,350, or $1.71 for the first six months of 1936. Holland Furnace, Holland Furnace Co. reported net income for the six months ended June 30 of $103,071. This was equal to 11 cents a common share. For the first six months of last year the company reported a net loss of $58,056. American Woolen, American Woolen Co. and sub- sidiaries, with the exception of Textile Realty Co., reporied net income of.$3,- 393,552 for the six months ended June 30. NEW YORK, August 5.—A boost of 1 cent a pound in the price of lead, the second advance in as many days, was announced today by leading pro- ducers.
