~ SUCCESS RECIPE GIVEN GRADUATES Senator Josh Lee Urges Strayer College Group to Pursue Ideals. Application of purpose, idealism and industry form the roadway to success, Senator Josh Lee of Oklahoma last night told 147 graduates of Strayer College at the thirty-fourth annual commencement, exercises in the May- fower Hotel. Senator Lee told the graduates suc- eess is doubly assured if their strength of purpose is sufficient to withstand the dificulties ever present in the struggle for achievement. He was in- troduced by Pinckney J. Harman, di- Tector of the college. Edmond S. Donoho, president, con- ferred B. S. degrees on 61 graduates in accounting and presented diplomas to 86 secretarial graduates. Jean Hat- ton, president of the secretarial class, \>and Lester Weller, president of the accounting graduates, gave short talks. Seven Win High Awards. Chiyo Thomas and Lucy E. Cardon received highest distinction in the sec- retarial course and similar honors were accorded William A. Krimelmeyer, ‘Weller, James M. Ryan, F. Paige Webb and Charles B. Spring, jr., account- ants. High distinction went to Fran- ces M. Sharrer, Georgia E. Gladhill and Wanda G. Williams in the secre- tarial group and to Clifford R. Ricketts, Vernon G.
