Arraigned today in Police Court on a charge of receiving stolen prop- erty, John J. Simpson, 29, of 2133 G street, who, according to Capt. Ira E. Keck, admitted buying cigarettes, candy and other articles from the youths, was ordered held for the grand jury. Simpson pleaded not guilty and waived preliminary hear- ing. His bond was fixed at $500 Police are checking on 13 robberies, all but four of them in the District, which Capt. Keck says the four youths have been linked with.
