Brazil 64#'2 BY the Associated Press. NEW YORK, March 27.—With trad- ing activity throttled to a snail’s pace by Easter week end influences, the bond market followed slightly uneven trends today. Traders said many Wall Street houses were functioning with skeleton staffs. Late in the morning gains and losses were about evenly distributed with many of the normally active loans failing to appear on the tape. United States Governments gave fresh resistance with slightly more than half of the active list a bit higher. Little significance attached to this fact, however, as trading in the first half of the session accounted for only $350,000, face value, of business. The widest swing was one of about 34 of & point higher. Domestic corporate issues likewise were quiet and mixed. Most price changes were held to 12 point or less and gains and losses “cre about even in number.
